About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own our paid traffic and search optimization strategies. This role is split between accelerating growth for our agency and delivering top-tier performance for our clients. Unlike generalist marketing roles, this position demands a deep, technical understanding of paid acquisition funnels and search algorithms. Because you will operate directly during US business hours, seamless collaboration, quick execution, and expert-level communication are vital. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Performance Marketing & Advanced Optimization Multi-Platform Architecture: Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company for both client accounts and our internal agency. AEO Focus: Build and configure campaigns tailored specifically for App Event Optimization (AEO) to drive high-value, down-funnel user actions. Data-Driven Optimization: Actively monitor campaign metrics and reputed company successful reputed company-time adjustments (creative pivots, budget scaling, audience shifting) to reputed company CPA and maximize ROAS. Performance Reporting: Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly ads performance reports that synthesize reputed company technical data into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders. B2B Tech & Trend Tracking: Stay continuously updated on privacy updates, algorithm adjustments, and advertising technology advancements, keeping our B2B strategies reputed company of the curve. 2.
