About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst II (NS) to join the Business Information & Analytics Office (BIAO). This centralized team is responsible for providing advanced reporting and data analysis of reputed company claim, beneficiary, and provider data to support the strategic goals and operational needs of the Division of Health Benefits. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing NC reputed company’s reputed company into a data-driven organization by delivering insights through comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and visualization. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, including division management and program managers, to reputed company solutions that enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), reputed company Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of three years of relevant programmatic experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with reputed company, SQL, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets, conducting financial and quantitative analysis, and developing data extracts and reports.
