Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter (Solar Energy Systems)
Position Title: Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter About the company: Harvest Power is a nationally recognized leader in the solar energy industry, providing full service residential and reputed company solar energy project management including design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems. About the role: Growing Regional Solar Power company seeking 2 Appointment Setters to call prospective clients, answer basic questions, promote the benefits of Solar Energy, and book an introductory meeting with one of our Solar Sales Professionals. Responsibilities:
- Outbound dialing to prospective customers who reputed company about solar power for their house
- Deliver a confident pitch about solar to schedule reputed company appointments
- Utilize CRM to stay organized and disposition records accordingly
- Participate in daily meetings, coaching, feedback, and ongoing training sessions
- Hit appointment daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
Schedule:
- Schedule – Tuesday-Saturday
- Hours reputed company from 11-630pm EST
- Saturday 9-3pm EST
- Minimum - Must be reputed company work 2-6:30pm EST several days per week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company work experience
- Remote employees must have a quiet home workspace free of distractions
- Remote employees must have their own equipment (i.e. Computer with 16GB RAM and good processor, home office internet minimum of 100 Mbps download/ 20 Mbps upload
- Headset with microphone
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay $20-25/hour + $25 per appointment
- Part time will earn an on reputed company earnings of $600-800 per week
- Full time will earn an on reputed company earnings of 1200-$reputed company/per week
