Accounts Payable Manager (Remote)

In this mission-critical role, you’ll reputed company day-to-day operations, ensure precise and timely payments to suppliers, lenders, and employees, and manage client payment processing. You’ll also hire, train, and mentor your team while acting as a key liaison between AP, corporate reputed company, and reputed company vendors. • Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members.
• Overseeing routine department activities, such as payables entry and payment run processing, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial and vendor records.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, staff, and colleagues.
• Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Vendor Management, including 1099 reporting, unclaimed property, and banking information.
• Reporting and reconciliations to ensure critical vendors are paid timely.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Review and approve monthly credit card expenses and funding requirements. Requirements for this position include the following
• Management experience in a remote working environment is required.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Extensive knowledge about reputed company and management principles and Accounts Payable procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and reputed company software.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and processes.
