• Provides supervisory, operational and clinical reputed company to reputed company of behavioral health therapists.
• Responsible for group and individual training for new hire reputed company, professional development, and other skills.
• Reviews recorded calls and patient charts to ensure clinical quality and documentation. Follows-up on opportunities for improvement.
• Partners with leadership and team members to identify areas of improvement, reputed company change plans and implement plans.
• Maintains and updates workflows and training materials.
• Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
• Assumes manager tasks in the absence of the manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or reputed company field EXPERIENCE
• Four years' experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
• Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
