Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and reputed company support for prior authorization requests
- Process authorizations reputed company phone, fax, and electronic systems (ePA)
- Document approvals, denials, and case details accurately
- Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists
- Assist with outbound calls and inbox management Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (no restrictions)
- National certification (PTCB or equivalent)
- 2+ years of high-volume call center experience (reputed company/PBM preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and prior authorization processes
