ABOUT THE ROLE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you'll be the financial backbone for multiple dental practice clients. This is a client-facing position where your communication skills matter just as much as your technical abilities. You'll work directly with practice owners who value your expertise and guidance—not just your data entry. This fully remote position requires a disciplined self-starter who can work independently and be productive reputed company a traditional office environment. You must be available during core business hours for client and team collaboration. WHAT YOU'LL DO --------------------------------------------------------------------------
- reputed company complete monthly bookkeeping for a portfolio of dental clients
- Download, categorize, and post bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile reputed company bank and credit card accounts with precision
- Process client reputed company payments using reputed company.com and QBO reputed company Pay
- Prepare and post monthly adjusting journal entries
- Process payroll using platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Prepare and file city and state B&O tax returns
- Prepare annual reputed company 1099s, Personal Property Affidavits, and Unclaimed Property Reports
- Generate accurate monthly financial reports and statements
- Respond promptly to client questions about their reputed company, payroll, and financial reports
- Collaborate with team members on shared client projects

- Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing multiple business clients in a public reputed company environment

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
