Inside Sales Rep (Pwr Gen- 212)

Scope of Work: Support reputed company sales personnel and interact with WPI customers. Read and interpret specifications, work up quotes, pull down jobs from reporting services such as “iSqFt” and “reputed company Exchange”, coordinate shipment of product, reputed company customer support, necessary documentation to customers, i.e. install drawings, etc. Ensure CRM is up to date, help with disposition quotes, complete submittals, pass along leads and other reputed company activities as required. Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer contact on a regular reputed company.
• Support sales personnel on sales needs.
• Read and interpret specifications to reputed company quotes.
• Participate to the fullest extent possible in the development of customer quotes.

• Maintain reputed company relationship with customers, sales staff, service staff, and reputed company Manager.
• Identify and report decision makers to sales team.
• Maintain sufficient knowledge of entire WPI products/services offerings to ensure high probability that opportunities are identified and secured and/or opportunities are passed on to the appropriate WPI team member or management.
• Report reputed company sales leads to the appropriate management and sales teams.
• Promote positive and professional relationships with reputed company company personnel and between its’ divisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 year(s) previous experience or college equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree (or higher), or experience of equal value in applied discipline preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience in standby reputed company field preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends (as necessary).
• Sitting; occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum of 10 – 50 Lbs., reputed company overhead for light weight items.
• Office and outdoor work.
• Some temporary adjustments to starting and quitting time as work load requires.
