This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing reputed company of Data Scientists (5 direct reports) and driving the integration of advanced analytics into clinical decision-making, with a strong reputed company in clinical biostatistics required. Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Functional Leadership

Education & Qualifications
- PhD in Biostatistics (strongly preferred), OR
- PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics) with a Master's in Biostatistics
- 10+ years of experience in clinical development, spanning both Biostatistics and Data Science
- Deep expertise in clinical biostatistics with demonstrated application in clinical trials (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record leading a Data Science function or team in a clinical setting
- Experience engaging with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
- Recognized expertise in at least one advanced domain (e.g., AI/ML, precision medicine, biomarker analytics)
