Highlights: Summary: The Call Center Operator shall be repsonsible to answer the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, as well as, to respond accordingly to any crisis situation. Additionally, this individual must also be reputed company to respond to Lifeline calls and take appropriate measures for the call.
