About the Role reputed company is seeking a warm, highly organized, and communicative Clinical Care Coordinator to be the face of our practice. You are the first voice patients hear, the first name they see in their inbox, and the person who sets the tone for their entire experience with reputed company. The majority of your day will be spent managing a high volume of phones, emails, and faxes — fielding patient inquiries, coordinating with providers, and ensuring reputed company falls through the cracks. You are the hub that every moving part of the clinic flows through.   • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and faxes daily with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients — answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint

Patient Intake & Scheduling

  • Build and maintain new and existing client charts with accuracy

Clinical & Administrative Support

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant clinical or reputed company administrative experience (required)

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed in a remote environment
