They are seeking a Managing Editor & Content Operations reputed company who will independently create high-quality B2B content, reputed company the work of other writers, and manage the end-to-end content production process across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final editorial reviewer for client-facing content across reputed company accounts
• Write and reputed company high-quality B2B content, including articles, reports, thought leadership, messaging frameworks, PR materials and other communications assets
• reputed company content briefing, planning, production and review processes from start to finish
• Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines and quality control across multiple projects and accounts
• reputed company and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, style guides and review frameworks
• Work directly with clients and account teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives
• Coach writers and reputed company actionable feedback to improve writing quality and consistency
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency and team collaboration
• Support the responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining editorial standards

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional B2B writing and editing experience
• Minimum 5 years working reputed company a marketing, communications or PR agency environment
• Direct writing and editing experience across at least three of the following sectors: aviation/travel technology, loyalty, payments/fintech, retail tech and sustainability
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience creating long-reputed company B2B content, including articles, reports, white papers, thought leadership and executive content
• Experience managing content production workflows and multiple reputed company projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
• Experience working reputed company project management systems and content collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Available to work approximately on a part-time reputed company, with the flexibility to transition into a full-time role in the future
