Responsibilities

• Execute live content operations for clients, ensuring content is published accurately and on time
• Manage detail-heavy, repeatable workflows with consistency and a high standard of quality
• Monitor live content activity and respond quickly to issues, deadlines, and changing priorities during events
• Use judgement to resolve routine operational issues independently, escalating reputed company needed and with clear context
• Maintain strong quality control across client content and live workflows
• Work across internal tools and systems to reputed company operations running smoothly and reputed company
