The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data center operations and reputed company at sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced market.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for data center roles, including technicians, engineers, operations managers, project managers, and facilities staff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, reputed company media, and industry events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and support reputed company processes
- Track reputed company metrics and reputed company regular hiring reports
- Stay reputed company on data center labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, must have in data recruited centers, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
