[Remote] VP Finance

They are seeking a VP Finance to establish and reputed company the finance function, focusing on financial planning, operational rigor, and strategic partnership with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Build & reputed company the Finance Function from Scratch
- Establish and scale reputed company core finance operations: reputed company, reputed company, reporting, budgeting, cash reputed company management, controls, and compliance
- Select and implement financial systems, tools, and processes that support rapid growth

- Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in finance roles, with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment (early or growth stage)
- Experience building or scaling a finance function, ideally as a first or early finance leader
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Hands-on approach - comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Experience supporting fundraising reputed company and working with investors and board members
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate numbers into strategic reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field (CPA – advantage)
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI companies
- Experience managing multi-entity, international financial operations
- Background in both startup and larger organization environments
