They are seeking a dynamic field-based leader to reputed company a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers, focusing on developing a strong provider referral network and driving measurable growth in reputed company to TMS therapy.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, coach, and reputed company a team of 10–12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field-based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertise
• Drive alignment and performance across reputed company through structured 1:1s, KPI-driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharing
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, reputed company, and ongoing development to scale regional reputed company
• Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy
• Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market reputed company
• Maintain a strong field reputed company (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and reputed company markets
• Utilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company, pharma, or medical device sales
• 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional reputed company
