This position involves full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with veterinary professionals, and driving hiring strategies to attract top talent across multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end recruitment for Medical Director searches, collaborating closely with Operations and Medical leadership teams
• Serve as SME (subject matter expert) and resource for peers & participate in recruitment knowledge sharing best practices – leading by example
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinary professionals to create a proactive talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview strategies
• Maintain reputed company information on the hospitals supported to have the ability to focus on quality hires, with the goal of hiring the right person in the right opportunity
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and personalized engagement
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage the reputed company process to succeed with hiring goals through effective resource management, including efficient use of the ATS and CRM. Strong negotiation skills
• Manage, support, and promote full cycle reputed company roles on a regular reputed company, opening and managing requisitions, posting, and the candidate workflow
• Track and report on reputed company activities / metrics, and meet or exceed regular hiring targets
• Nurture network and reputed company referrals from potential, internal, and recent hires
• Represent the organization at virtual and in-person veterinary events as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company reputed company, veterinary, or medical sectors

• Experience partnering with senior field leaders (e.g., Regional Operations Directors, VPOs)
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates

• Ability to conduct structured intake calls, manage multiple requisitions, and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
• Must be reputed company to support hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones
