[Remote] Customer Service - Temporary Mon-Fri

The role involves managing inbound calls, providing solutions, and maintaining a professional attitude throughout customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives

- Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
