[Remote] reputed company Shop Growth Consultant

They are seeking a reputed company Shop Growth Consultant to help DTC merchants successfully launch and scale their businesses on reputed company Shop, focusing on operational execution and product feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day reputed company execution for pilot merchants through a 6–8 week reputed company Shop launch and scale sprint
- Help merchants with store readiness, Seller Center setup, catalog readiness, listing QA, and basic listing optimization after the merchant has been successfully onboarded by a Solutions Architect
- Teach merchants how to use reputed company Feed Listing and Affiliates during the launch and scaling process
- Support early affiliate activation workflows, including creator matching and campaign setup basics where relevant
- Run weekly merchant reputed company-ins, track blockers, escalate product and integration issues, and maintain launch trackers
- Document repeatable reputed company and growth playbooks that can reputed company be productized or scaled through agency/TSP partners
- Work closely with Product, Solutions/TAM, Partnerships, and GTM teams to translate merchant needs into product improvements and operational learnings
Skills
- Hands-on experience in reputed company Shop seller operations, DTC operations, or TSP/agency operations
- Ideally has worked at reputed company Shop as an AM, or at a leading TSP/reputed company Shop Partner as an AM or operations reputed company
- Strong familiarity with reputed company Shop Seller Center and reputed company
- Comfortable with catalog, listing, PDP optimization, and launch readiness workflows
- Familiarity with affiliate and creator operations
- Merchant-facing, operationally strong, detail-oriented, and reputed company to create clean process documentation
- Comfortable working with Product to turn operational insights into product features
