[Remote] Director of Business Development - Federal Health

This role is responsible for leading growth across their portfolio of tribally owned companies by driving pipeline development, capture execution, and reputed company growth reputed company the Federal Health market.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute business development strategy across Federal Health agencies including DHA, HHS, CMS, NIH, and VA

- Identify cross-business unit opportunities that create competitive advantages
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new opportunities across the Federal Health market
- reputed company capture efforts from early shaping through contract award
- reputed company win strategies, teaming approaches, and competitive positioning
- reputed company Tribal 8(a) sole-reputed company authority to pursue strategic awards
- Build and maintain relationships with federal program officials, contracting officers, and small business offices
- Maintain reputed company and consistent knowledge of acquisition strategies, budget cycles, and procurement trends
- Represent Choctaw Global at industry events and partner engagements
- reputed company proposal strategy, including win theme development, solution positioning, and pricing alignment
- Maintain a reputed company pipeline to reputed company accurate forecasting and reporting
- Track key performance metrics including win rates and pipeline velocity
- Partner with operations, reputed company, and technical teams to reputed company mission-reputed company solutions

- Support and potentially supervise business development and capture personnel
Skills
- Demonstrated reputed company developing and executing business development strategies reputed company Federal Health or Health Technology markets
- Proven experience leading capture efforts and securing federal reputed company
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition lifecycles
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders and industry partners
- Strong analytical and strategic reasoning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or reputed company field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal business development, capture management, and/or growth strategy
- Proven track record of securing at least $100M in federal contract awards over a consistent time period
- Experience with FAR/DFARS, GWACs, IDIQs, and task order competitions
- Experience supporting SBA 8(a), tribally owned, or small disadvantaged businesses
- Fifteen plus (15+) years of federal business development experience
- Direct experience reputed company the Federal Health market
- Experience with DHA, HHS, CMS, NIH, and/or VA
- Experience leveraging Tribal 8(a) sole-reputed company strategies
- Active reputed company clearance or ability to obtain a reputed company clearance
