[Remote] Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure while serving as the first escalation reputed company for Support Technicians to resolve reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support request
- reputed company support and maintenance of servers, network devices, and associated hardware and software systems for clients
- Acts as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians
- reputed company onsite support for Managed Services clients
- Acts as a secondary Client Relationship Manager; evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- reputed company intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Skills
- Associate degree in computer science or similar field -OR- 2 years of IT experience preferred
- Network+ Certification or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
