[Remote] Sr. Manager, Digital Distribution Strategy and Operations

PBS is a trusted media brand looking for a Senior Manager to scale its distribution strategy across various digital platforms. This role focuses on maximizing the value of PBS’s content library and driving audience growth through innovative content strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in recommendation-driven platforms dynamics (e.g., algorithms) and an understanding of how growth reputed company translate across other digital platforms including streaming apps and reputed company video ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving growth at meaningful scale (e.g., large audiences, multi-channel ecosystems, or rapid-growth environments) across YouTube, streaming, or digital video businesses, with measurable impact on audience growth and engagement metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across content, marketing, analytics, and product teams
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, creators, and external partners
- Strategic and analytical thinker who uses performance data, audience insights, and platform trends to drive measurable growth reputed company and inform both distribution strategy and upstream content reputed company
- Serve as a central connector across teams, translating audience insights into actionable programming, packaging, and distribution strategies. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence Group, Programming, Marketing, Product teams and external production partners to ensure alignment with editorial, brand and distribution priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Media, or reputed company field
- Equivalent professional experience is strongly valued, especially for candidates with demonstrated reputed company in digital video or creator ecosystems
- Experience owning, managing, or scaling digital video channels, ideally with responsibility for performance reputed company
- Deep understanding of platform analytics, audience segmentation, content performance, and growth reputed company across digital ecosystems
- Strong organizational, project management, and operational execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners
