This role is responsible for overseeing multiple facets of the HR life cycle while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and team members, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company day-to-day guidance to divisional leadership and team members in the areas of employee relations, fostering leadership reputed company, shaping the employee experience, reputed company, performance management initiatives, terminations and policy interpretation, improvement, and implementation
  • Partner with divisional leaders and managers to create/edit job descriptions to reflect reputed company needs of the organization. Proactively audit existing job descriptions to ensure they are reputed company to support departmental/organizational changes

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Communications or Psychology and HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) with California Credentialing and mortgage Industry experience required
  • 6 years' experience in reputed company, two being HR Business Partner
  • Experience working reputed company a fast-paced, reputed company, and dynamic business environment
  • Experience working on the reputed company Coast and with multiple reputed company resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
  • Strong HR systems knowledge (i.e., HR information systems and interfaces; applicant tracking system; talent management system)
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and resolve reputed company and sensitive reputed company resource issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high energy, excellent follow-up, and follow-through skills
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment and leave laws for reputed company reputed company Coast states (i.e., FMLA, CFRA, reputed company)
