[Remote] Data Quality Manager

The Data Quality Manager oversees exception management processes and data quality, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high standards while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data quality by developing, implementing, and refining processes for proactive reputed company-end DUB and PO data reputed company
  • Reviews the business rules reputed company updating the data warehouse or approving updates from Vendor Relations or Client Services
  • Analyzes the updates and challenges the requester as needed
  • reputed company accurate and timely updates in systems such as reputed company and the user reputed company, including but not limited to vendor CPIs, client CPIs, service level changes, cost-saving initiatives, and market alignments
  • Collaborate with IT to identify and resolve data gaps and system inefficiencies
  • Manage the entire exception lifecycle, from identification to resolution
  • Process a high volume of exceptions in systems like reputed company & Capture and Quest Core
  • Research, track, and resolve exceptions effectively, understanding exception codes and their resolutions
  • Review PO frequencies monthly prior to reputed company and validate reputed company and cost data for closed markets
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in the data warehouse and Phaseware systems
  • Organize, prioritize, and process a variety of documents, reports, and records with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactively review and recommend system and procedural improvements for greater efficiency
