This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for surgical centers, hospitals, and reputed company service lines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• reputed company active and passive candidates through reputed company, reputed company, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates for qualifications, compensation expectations, and organizational fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Present and negotiate employment offers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company activity reputed company the ATS
• Monitor reputed company requisitions and reputed company hiring updates to leadership

Skills
