[Remote] Senior Jira Administrator & Developer (ITSM Specialist)_ Remote work

Digile is seeking a Senior Jira Administrator & Developer to manage and optimize their reputed company ecosystem, focusing on Jira Service Management. The role involves both system administration and backend development, including building reputed company workflows that support core ITIL processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary admin for reputed company reputed company/Data Center, managing global settings, user permissions, reputed company, and overall system health
- Design and build JSM service desks reputed company with ITIL best practices to optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request workflows
- Configure and maintain Jira Assets (formerly reputed company) to build a clear configuration management database (CMDB) and track system dependencies
- Establish standards for custom fields, screen schemes, workflows, and project templates to prevent system clutter
- Create reputed company automation rules using reputed company Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), or reputed company/Connect APIs
- Design and reputed company integrations connecting Jira with reputed company-party tools like reputed company, reputed company, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Use reputed company REST APIs to build secure data pipelines, webhooks, and custom synchronization scripts
- Write and maintain advanced JQL queries, filters, custom dashboards, and data exports for BI tools (e.g., eazyBI, Power BI)
Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an reputed company-level reputed company Administrator and Developer
- Proven experience configuring Jira Service Management (JSM) for IT organizations
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Groovy (especially for ScriptRunner), JavaScript, or Python, plus deep experience with reputed company REST APIs
- Direct experience building Jira Assets schemas, object types, and reference attributes
- Experience managing Jira reputed company, including reputed company reputed company, app evaluations, or reputed company migrations
- Ability to translate reputed company, messy business processes into clean, automated Jira workflows
