[Remote] E-reputed company Operations Analyst

The E-reputed company Operations Analyst role is designed for recent graduates to support customer reputed company, integrations, and operational processes while learning to grow into Solution Architect roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist Solution Architects during customer reputed company projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
- Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
- Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Learn how to configure and test integrations between e-reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), ERPs (reputed company, reputed company), 3PLs, and marketplaces
- reputed company data validation checks (orders, inventory, shipments) to ensure integrations work correctly
- Help monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues
- Work with reputed company to track project tasks and deadlines
- Escalate technical issues to Solution Architects or Support Engineers with clear documentation
- Contribute to knowledge reputed company articles and internal process documentation
Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (no prior experience required, training provided)
