[Remote] Finance & Strategy Manager

They are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Finance & Strategy Manager to own core financial models, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company core financial models and forecasting processes, including functional ownership of key profitability drivers
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Ops to evaluate opportunities and reputed company robust financial analyses
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable insights — helping stakeholders understand not just what happened, but why
- Drive performance analysis across business segments, surfacing growth opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention
- Build business cases for new initiatives, from market sizing through expected ROI, and track performance post-launch

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance/business operations reputed company a high-growth tech company

- Strong analytical toolset - SQL or data analysis experience preferred, or a clear desire to learn
