The Mobility Platform Engineer supports reputed company services by providing engineering, operations, and sustainment of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant mobile operations.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company day-to-day engineering, operations, and sustainment for reputed company MDM and MTD platforms supporting iOS, Android, and legacy mobile technologies, ensuring consistent performance and availability at scale
  • Manage mobile device profiles, reputed company policies, OS compatibility, certificate-based authentication, PKI integrations, and gateway configurations in alignment with reputed company Trust architecture requirements
  • reputed company advanced troubleshooting, break-fix support, and incident response for mobile platform issues, including lost or compromised devices, OS vulnerabilities, and certificate misuse
  • Execute platform updates, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • reputed company, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration artifacts
  • Support reputed company FISMA compliance activities, audits, RFIs, and reputed company assessments by producing artifacts, evidence, and remediation documentation
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, identity and reputed company management, network, and operations teams to ensure secure integration

Skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms supporting large-scale mobile deployments
  • Experience supporting Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) solutions and mobile reputed company controls
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company Trust principles, PKI, certificate management, and secure mobile authentication
  • Experience supporting FISMA compliance, audits, POA&M tracking, and RFI responses for IT systems
  • Proficiency in mobile OS lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and secure configuration baselines
  • Experience working in operational environments requiring incident response, change management, and configuration control
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company IT or mobility platforms, with at least 3 years in mobile device management or reputed company engineering roles
  • Experience supporting mobility services in large federal reputed company environments
  • Familiarity with legacy mobile platforms (e.g., BlackBerry) and hybrid mobile ecosystems
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53, DHS 4300A/B, and federal mobile reputed company guidance
  • Experience integrating mobile platforms with identity, reputed company management, and reputed company reputed company tools
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
