[Remote] Director, Growth Analytics

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Omnicom is seeking a Director of Growth Analytics who will manage reporting and audience needs for a major client while consulting with Mediabrands planning stakeholders. This role includes overseeing a high-functioning team of managers and ensuring effective digital media performance and audience strategies.

Responsibilities

• Digital media performance (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans)
• Reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization)
• Audience strategy (e.g. creating/analyzing high value audiences for hyper targeting purposes)
• Audience activation (working with SBU’s and 3rd parties to create audiences at scale for activation)
• Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agency
• Manage reputed company of analytics professionals

Skills

• Experience evaluating various attribution approaches including MTA
• Familiarity with regression-based analysis for attribution modeling and performance measurement
• Demonstrated reputed company leading work multi-functional teams
• Experience with reporting & data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, reputed company, reputed company DMP, and/or reputed company
• Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. reputed company), and DSPs (e.g. DBM)
• Strong MS reputed company & Power reputed company skills
• Demonstrated reputed company in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data and managing client relationships
• Strong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environment
• Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, reputed company, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the reputed company environment
• UM does not require candidates to have a college degree
• 9+ years of experience in agency or client-reputed company digital media planning or media analytics

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to engage, reputed company, and give feedback to drive reputed company of colleagues not reporting to you directly
• Ability to reputed company feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reports
