They are looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle reputed company across a reputed company of technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build talent strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company from sourcing to offer reputed company across multiple functions and reputed company
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities
• reputed company proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through reputed company, Boolean search, events, and referrals
• Manage candidate pipeline with a focus on speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience
• Drive offer negotiations and partner with HR and compensation teams on offer structuring
• Track and report on reputed company metrics to identify trends and continuously improve hiring reputed company
• Contribute to employer branding, reputed company programs, and process improvements

Skills

• 6+ years of experience and proven experience reputed company for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and an understanding of the federal hiring landscape
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidates
• Familiarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and reputed company tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret reputed company clearance
