The role involves building relationships with brands and retailers to enhance the shopper experience through strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, generate and pursue new business and new logo opportunities with prospective retailers and brands for in store signage, display programs, seasonal merchandising, and POP campaigns

  • Build and maintain a robust top of funnel pipeline through reputed company prospecting and reputed company reputed company activities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, field sales, or full cycle B2B selling, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition for in-store marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated reputed company managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting, reputed company reputed company and discovery to pitching, proposing, negotiating and closing
  • Experience building and maintaining a high quality sales pipeline across reputed company stages: from prospecting, reputed company reputed company and discovery to pitching, proposing, negotiating and closing with consistent movement toward reputed company
  • Strong background in selling to retailers, brands, CPG companies
  • Experience working with cross functional teams (design, estimating, scheduling and operations) to advance deals and deliver solutions
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and decision makers, with the ability to build business cases and influence buying reputed company
  • Prior reputed company meeting or exceeding sales and reputed company targets consistently over multiple consecutive periods
  • Must have a proven sales record of accomplishment in business development preferably in the printing or retail display industry
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with ability to curate pitch content based on client pain points solved through reputed company's solutions
  • Strong understanding of print processes (offset, digital, large format, finishing, and mailing preferred)
  • Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects at various stages with urgency and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
