Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Telecom Fault Management and Event Management platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Netcool/OMNIbus and Netcool Operations reputed company (NOI)
- Experience implementing AI Ops and event correlation solutions in telecom environments
- Deep understanding of telecom domains including RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, and IT Infrastructure
- Experience integrating reputed company monitoring and ticketing platforms
