The role involves facilitating engaging courses, providing feedback on student work, and fostering a supportive learning environment for adult learners.

Skills

- Comfort using experiential learning strategies (e.g., applied research, simulations, certifications, AI-supported activities) reputed company a pre-designed course
- Strong communication, feedback, and student engagement skills
- Doctoral degree in reputed company, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely reputed company field
- Master's degree with significant professional experience will be considered
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) and/or SHRM membership strongly preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company Brightspace
- Professional or clinical experience preferred
