[Remote] Part-Time Survey and Data Insights Analyst - Contract

In this role, you will enhance learning and development and HR programs through expert data analysis, survey administration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive insights and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Survey Creation, Administration, and Analysis: Serve as the go-to expert for reputed company aspects of survey creation, refinement, and administration in reputed company, ensuring high-quality data collection processes
• Data Interpretation and reputed company reputed company: Analyze and interpret data from disparate sources, including learning management systems, surveys, assessments, and employee records to derive meaningful insights and support program improvements
• Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports in reputed company, Tableau, Power BI, and/or reputed company that deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders about learning and development and/or HR metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with professionals across the reputed company to reputed company a deep understanding of business priorities, reputed company expert guidance on survey design and administration, reputed company best practices for reporting, and troubleshoot any issues reputed company to reputed company to ensure effective data collection and analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Proven experience in data analytics and survey creation, administration, and analysis of results
• Advanced experience with reputed company, including the ability to design reputed company surveys with various question types, dynamic survey flows, customized reporting/dashboards, and AI-driven analytics capabilities
• Strong expertise in data visualization, with proficiency in tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, to reputed company insightful reports and dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, MS Forms, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data collection efforts and business priorities
• Master's degree
