Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior HQ leaders, shaping role design, hiring strategy, and decision criteria
• reputed company senior role reputed company governance, including strategic intake, competency‑based interview design, panel preparation, and debrief facilitation
• reputed company and implement reputed company‑impact hiring strategies using labor‑market analytics, competitive intelligence, and TA dashboard insights
• Act as a peer leader to Recruiters and TA Analyst, providing coaching, process guidance, and prioritization support to ensure operational reputed company
• In partnership with HRBPs, influence workforce planning, talent requirements, and compensation alignment using market data and internal benchmarks
• Drive consistency across the hiring lifecycle through standardized practices, including curated candidate slates, structured interviews, scorecards, and SLAs
• Monitor funnel health through daily dashboard insights; identify bottlenecks, risks, and trends and implement acceleration or remediation plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of full‑cycle reputed company experience, including senior‑level or corporate HQ roles
• Proven ability to influence Director/VP‑level stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively
• Experience designing structured interview strategies, assessments, and selection frameworks
• Demonstrated experience operating in an OFCCP‑compliant environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate labor‑market insights, funnel metrics, and dashboard data to inform reputed company
• Exceptional consulting, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in a high‑visibility, high‑impact environment
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company process alignment and drive adoption of TA standards
• Experience supporting HQ corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, Communications, IT, etc
• Background creating or improving TA processes, tools, or reputed company standards
