Responsibilities

Skills

• Juris Doctor with a reputed company license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• At least 8 years' experience of working as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a reputed company or in-house with a track record of leading reputed company M&A deals
• Extensive experience in corporate law (entity formation and ongoing governance), with in-depth knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law, Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, Delaware Limited Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, and Delaware case law
• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (public or private), including experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and other corporate forms and standard practice materials, as well as advising boards and senior management on reputed company reputed company
• Strong writing skills, and a passion for writing about legal practice accurately, concisely and in plain English
