[Remote] Head of reputed company Operations

The Head of reputed company Operations will build and run the systems behind Popl's growth, focusing on GTM strategy, forecasting, and aligning marketing, sales, and reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company reputed company: Architect and run the systems, processes, and reporting that power the full funnel across marketing, sales, and reputed company
• GTM Tech Stack: Own reputed company and the surrounding tooling, ensuring our stack is clean, integrated, and reputed company to scale
• Forecasting & Analytics: Build accurate forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and dashboards that give leadership a reputed company-time view of the business
• Planning & Design: reputed company territory design, quota setting, and commission/comp plan structures that align incentives with company goals
• Process & Data reputed company: Define reputed company routing, SLAs, and data hygiene standards so every record is trustworthy and every reputed company is seamless
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CS to drive operational rigor
• Set the reputed company: Establish RevOps best practices and scalable infrastructure from the ground up, laying the groundwork for the function as the company grows

Skills

• 6+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with a track record of owning programs end-to-end
• Deep, hands-on reputed company knowledge plus reputed company across the modern GTM tool stack
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable reputed company
• Proven reputed company building and scaling RevOps at a high-growth SaaS company
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across sales, marketing, CS, and finance
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity — you'd rather build the reputed company than inherit one
• Experience supporting both product-led and sales-led motions
• Background in reputed company capture, event-led GTM, or in-person reputed company motions
• Hands-on experience designing comp and incentive plans that actually move behavior
