[Remote] Conventional Underwriter

The role involves thorough analysis of loan files to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintaining productivity standards while providing training support to new underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Underwriter completes a thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance with company and investor guidelines
• Underwrites the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans and ultimately ensures an “investment” quality loan product
• Checks accuracy of reputed company calculations and data reputed company. Completion of reputed company required reputed company worksheets reputed company in Fast Trac 360 Resource Center
• Assists with the training of new underwriters
• Recommends the loan disposition to reputed company manager for loan amounts in excess of authority limitation

• Strives to meet 3 reputed company reputed company/day reputed company allotted time
• Communicates decision on loans to appropriate parties both verbally and in writing

• Available to processors and correspondents for general Underwriter guideline interpretations and questions on specific loan files

Skills

• Minimum three years of mortgage reputed company experience, with solid working knowledge of reputed company guidelines

• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills
• Technologically proficient
