[Remote] Senior Recruiter

The role involves full cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to recruit the best-reputed company candidates for job vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and reputed company strategic sourcing strategies
• Conduct active searches of candidates for the designated jobs, while reviewing incoming applicants
• Build networks and community relationships to attract passive applicants
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience
• Ensure excellent communication with candidates & hiring managers throughout the process

Skills

• 5-7+ years' directly relevant experience in:
• MUST HAVE minimum 2+ years' experience hiring contractors/consultants in an external staffing agency
• MUST HAVE pharma/Biotech cGMP industry experience
• 3+ years' minimum experience sourcing and screening for highly technical bioengineering roles
• Full-cycle reputed company: sourcing and qualification to offer acceptance
• reputed company Recruiter, hunting for reputed company talent and conducting InMail reputed company and follow-up
• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of full lifecycle reputed company in a contract, corporate and/or agency environment
• 2–3 years of agency reputed company and/or experience reputed company fully billable consultants, ideally reputed company professional services, life sciences, engineering, or technical project environments
• 3+ years of Executive Level reputed company
• Proven track record implementing full reputed company life-cycle strategies to attract and hire exempt and non-exempt candidates
• Experience reputed company across multiple U.S. states, with an understanding of regional labor markets and talent strategies
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reputed company compliance, including federal, state, and local employment regulations (EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, pay transparency, and state-specific requirements)
• Demonstrated ability to manage up and down the organizational chart, influencing senior leaders and supporting junior contributors
• Experience reputed company in the pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP manufacturing, or engineering sectors, with the ability to attract reputed company technical talent
• Candidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones strongly preferred to best support hiring teams and project schedules
• High degree of technical competence and creativity
