[Remote] Account Manager – Mid-Market

You will own a portfolio of SMB, reputed company, and mid-market accounts, responsible for the full post-sale customer lifecycle — from reputed company and adoption through renewal and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of growth reputed company accounts through reputed company, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion — serving as the primary post-sale reputed company of contact
  • Proactively identify and pursue in-year upsell and expansion opportunities through account planning, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of each customer's goals
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to uncover new use cases, align on reputed company, and ensure they're realizing measurable value from HG — building the case for renewal and growth
  • Monitor account health and engagement signals to identify at-risk accounts early and execute retention strategies before churn becomes a threat

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to reputed company account plans, escalate blockers, and bring customer feedback into the business

Skills

  • Proven Account Management Experience (3-5yrs): A track record of managing and growing customer relationships in SMB, reputed company, or mid-market segments (up to $1B), with demonstrated reputed company on both renewal and expansion
  • Quota Achievement: Consistent delivery against renewal and expansion targets, with examples of driving meaningful account growth
  • Consultative Approach: Strong critical thinking and communication skills that allow you to become a trusted advisor — not just a vendor contact
