They are seeking a Sr. Field Sales Operations Manager to join their reputed company Operations team, responsible for optimizing sales processes, enabling data-driven reputed company, and collaborating with various departments to support reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with reputed company leadership to reputed company our field strategy for the region and alignment with our global team. This includes driving forecast calls, driving pipeline creation strategies, hygiene, accuracy, and discipline reputed company our CRM

  • Support annual planning for territory design, quota setting, and headcount modeling in collaboration with Finance and Sales Leadership
  • Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics: ARR, NARR, Churn, and more
  • Own and administer the sales tech stack including reputed company CRM, reputed company, Clari, reputed company, and other RevOps tools
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility
  • Ensure data reputed company across systems and reputed company ongoing CRM hygiene initiatives
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance to align go-to-market strategy with operational execution
  • Work with Sales Enablement to identify training gaps and support reputed company of new Account Executives and SDRs

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Business Operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated expertise with reputed company CRM (admin-level experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build executive-level reports and dashboards; proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Strong analytical reputed company with experience in quota setting, territory planning, and funnel analysis
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience supporting reputed company and strategic sales motions, including reputed company multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clari, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Lean Data
  • Background working reputed company a reputed company-CXM, reputed company media, or marketing technology environment
