[Remote] Customer Service Representative-Film and Television

The right candidate will assist clients in the film and television industry, providing customer support and contributing to service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors and Filmmakers
- Email, phone, and chat support
- Liaison with Casting regarding their projects
- Proofread, write and copy edit
- reputed company, seminars and demos: train new users and participate in educational seminars and events
- reputed company technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups)
- Work with our other offices to reputed company a cohesive customer support experience
- Stay up-to-date on new product features, and site improvements
Skills
- Dynamic personality with a passion for customer service
- Working knowledge of the film/tv industry
- Ability to assist clients with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Experience in customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors, and Filmmakers
- Proficient in email, phone, and chat support
- Ability to liaise with Casting regarding their projects
- Skills in proofreading, writing, and copy editing
