[Remote] Senior People Operations Business Partner

The Senior People Operations Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, leveraging data and AI tools to support organizational effectiveness and growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into thoughtful people strategies
- Coach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational change
- Support key people moments: hiring planning, reputed company, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management
- Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking practices, partnering with managers on informed, consistent, and reputed company pay reputed company
- Use people data and qualitative insights to identify trends and risks, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Skills
- 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience helping organizations grow from early stage to scale
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build trust across functions and leadership styles
- Excellent manager coaching experience, including performance management, ER, and org change
- Analytical reputed company with hands-on experience using people data and dashboards to drive reputed company
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and applying emerging HR technology to improve operations and employee experience
- Experience partnering cross-functionally on AI-powered tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platforms
- Sound judgment on employee relations, compliance, and sensitive reputed company
- Familiarity with employment law and practical HR compliance
- Strong communicator who can facilitate difficult conversations and adapt to different audiences
