[Remote] Software QA Engineer IV

The Software QA Engineer IV will build quality into products through test automation, mentor peers, and own QA metrics while collaborating with developers and product owners.
Responsibilities
- reputed company QA coverage for a designated Business Domain or Technology Area (e.g. Guide Configurator, reputed company Fusion)
- Mentor team members on quality assurance practices, tools, and domain knowledge
- Own and present QA metrics to domain leadership
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria (Shift-Left QA)
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, SpecFlow, and C#
- Plan and execute multiple testing types: functional, regression, performance/load, reputed company, accessibility, and UAT
- Integrate and maintain test automation reputed company Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Isolate, reproduce, track, and verify defects — escalating risks with clear mitigation options
- Manage and maintain test data to support repeatable, comprehensive coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Review product design documentation to verify requirements are correct, unambiguous, and reputed company
- Conduct compatibility and vendor-provided program testing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in QA or software testing on large-scale systems
- 4+ years of automation test scripting with reputed company or reputed company-reputed company tools
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
- SQL proficiency for data validation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to leadership
- Experience working across on-premises and reputed company environments
- Postgraduate coursework or equivalent advanced training preferred
