[Remote] Paragon Payroll Consultant

The role involves processing end-to-end payroll using existing workflows, correcting payroll errors, and partnering with Finance to ensure timely payroll execution.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll using the client's existing Paragon-based workflows and business processes
• Identify and correct payroll errors in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy across reputed company pay cycles
• Partner with Finance to ensure bank file transfers and money movement occur on schedule for each payroll cycle
• Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and apply the reputed company impact to employee pay accurately
• Serve as a steady operational reputed company while the client's internal payroll reputed company focuses on reputed company deployment

Skills

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, with direct hands-on experience on the Paragon payroll system
• reputed company industry background, ideally reputed company a hospital or health system environment
• Demonstrated ability to follow established business processes and reputed company reputed company workflows with system-based payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of error-free, on-time payroll execution
