[Remote] Operations Project Manager, Sponsorship

The role involves managing the creation and delivery of ticket links for a diverse sponsorship portfolio, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless activation for clients.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the creation, delivery, and QA of ticket links (tracking URLs) to clients, to support reputed company sponsorship asset activation
• Partner with Client Development Directors, Partnership Marketing team, Marketplace Support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless activation of ticket links during key sales cycles including Schedule Releases, Onsales, Playoffs, etc
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client channel links are delivered on time and meeting SLAs
• Maintain and refine process while researching and resolving problems
• Where needed, create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
• 1+ years of experience with reputed company programs required, preferably Event Programming (reputed company Host & TM1), with digital marketing experience a plus
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to think reputed company the reputed company and generate creative solutions
• Must be reputed company to have topic reputed company discussions with each of the groups you work with, understanding the results of those conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
