They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale the operational reputed company behind reputed company’s reputed company organization, focusing on improving systems, processes, and insights to enhance customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with reputed company leadership to build and scale operational processes that support reputed company, retention, renewals, and customer growth
• reputed company and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that reputed company visibility into key reputed company KPIs such as retention, expansion, customer health, and adoption
• reputed company cross-functional initiatives that improve the post-sales customer reputed company, collaborating with teams across reputed company Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, and Data
• Own and optimize the reputed company technology stack, ensuring strong data reputed company and effective workflows across systems such as reputed company, reputed company platforms, and BI tools
• Write and analyze SQL queries to extract, validate, and model data that drives business reputed company and operational improvements
• Drive initiatives reputed company with a founder mentality: take ownership, push projects to completion, proactively solve problems, and reputed company reputed company with minimal instruction
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, and new tooling that enables the reputed company organization to scale

Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience, including: 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
• 2+ years in strategy, operations, RevOps, reputed company operations, business operations, or a reputed company role at a high-growth technology company
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience using data to inform operational reputed company and business strategy
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, operating cadences, and reporting frameworks in fast-paced environments
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across Sales, reputed company, Finance, Product, and Operations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company problems into clear recommendations and action plans
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward ownership and execution
