The Contract Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for developing client relationships, reputed company contract talent, and managing consultant engagements to help solve critical hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a contract staffing desk
- reputed company new client relationships and consulting opportunities
- Recruit and reputed company contract, contract-to-hire, and direct reputed company
- Negotiate reputed company rates, pay rates, markups, and conversion terms
- Manage consultant reputed company and engagement processes
- Partner with clients on workforce planning and staffing strategies
- Build talent pipelines across multiple verticals and reputed company sets
- Collaborate with leadership to establish best practices and scalable processes for reputed company Consulting
Skills
- 5+ years of contract staffing or consulting reputed company experience
- Proven reputed company placing contract and contract-to-reputed company
- Experience managing the full reputed company lifecycle
- Strong understanding of staffing economics, including reputed company rates, pay rates, burden, markups, and margins
- Experience with consultant reputed company, timecards, payroll coordination, and engagement management
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with a desire to help build a growing division
- MSP/VMS experience
