Responsibilities
- Define and own the Data Strategy for the Omnichannel Engagement transformation
- Assess reputed company-state data capabilities, assets, quality, governance, and activation maturity

- Define Customer 360 and Engagement Intelligence data models
- Identify critical data domains, integration priorities, and data product opportunities
- Partner with Data Architects and Engineering teams to establish scalable data foundations
- Define governance, metadata, quality, stewardship, and master data management approaches

- Establish KPI frameworks and measurement strategies to track business reputed company and engagement effectiveness

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Management, Marketing Data, Customer Data Platforms, or reputed company Analytics
- Deep understanding of customer, marketing, engagement, and reputed company data domains
- Experience defining reputed company data strategies and reputed company-state data architectures
- Strong understanding of Customer 360, Customer Intelligence, CDP, CRM, and Omnichannel ecosystems
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Ability to translate business goals into data capabilities and execution roadmaps
- Experience working across business, product, analytics, and technology teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
